What to send
- The Farm-to-Door page URL.
- The farm name and state.
- What is wrong, stale, duplicated, missing, or should be removed.
- A source URL or short note showing the better information.
- Your relationship to the farm, if you are the owner, operator, employee, or a buyer.
Common corrections
- Wrong phone, email, website, address, map location, or city.
- Products that are no longer offered or products that are missing.
- Pickup, delivery, CSA, shipping, or farm-stand details that changed.
- Duplicate farm records or a farm that should not be listed.
- Raw milk or sensitive-category legal/source updates.
Farm owners
If you own or operate a listed farm, claim your listing from the farm page when available or start from list your farm. Claimed listings should be easier to keep current because the farm can provide first-party details.
Review standard
Corrections are prioritized when they include a source, affect buyer safety or trust, change contact details, change product availability, fix location errors, or prevent a bad page from being indexed. Farm-to-Door may remove, noindex, merge, or rewrite pages when the correction shows that a record is stale, duplicate, non-farm, or not useful to buyers.
