Where the milk comes from

A small A2/A2-tested grass-fed herd at a licensed New York dairy. The cows are on rotational pasture year-round. The milk is bottled the morning of delivery, in returnable gallon glass, and never homogenized, never pasteurized.

How does the shop work?

Pick from the menu, add to cart, enter your Manhattan delivery address, pay through Stripe. Cutoff is Thursday 8pm; cooler arrives Saturday afternoon.

All of Manhattan, every Saturday. Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, and Northern New Jersey are next on the roadmap.

Is this legal?

Yes. New York allows licensed raw-milk dairies to sell directly to consumers under state Department of Agriculture and Markets rules. Our route is operated with a licensed dairy partner.

How long does the cooler stay cold on my stoop?

6 to 8 hours, depending on outside temperature. The driver texts a photo when the cooler is dropped, so you can bring it in as soon as practical.

What happens to the glass bottles?

Leave the empty glass bottles on the stoop the next Saturday. The driver picks them up and credits your $2 deposit per bottle.
