Located in rural Beaufort County, our farmstead proudly forges a new legacy of sustainable farming practices, focusing on pasture-raised POULTRY , TURKEYS, EGGS , and woodlot pastured PORK . Our mission is to produce superior-tasting, healthy meat products through dedicated permaculture and regenerative agriculture methods. We have shifted a multi-generational family legacy crop farm into regenerative agriculture oasis, with unwavering commitment to provide you with the finest meats for your family. What Sets Us Apart: No Hormones or Antibiotics: Our animals are raised naturally and humanely, with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Chemical-Free Pastures: Our pastures are free from pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, enhancing both the flavor and safety of our meats. Sustainable Practices: We employ rotational grazing and other regenerative agriculture farming practices. This approach reduces internal parasite load and minimizing the need for de-worming. Non-GMO Feeds: All of our poultry are fed Non-GMO feeds locally sourced from a certified Non-GMO feed mill. Our Offerings: Pasture-Raised Poultry: Enjoy our succulent chicken, raised on pasture and known for its gourmet taste and tender texture as well as seasonal offering of turkeys. Woodlot Pastured Pork: Savor the rich, deep flavor of our Idaho Pasture Pig pork, recognized for its excellent marbling and distinctive taste. Available beginning fall of 2024. Fresh Eggs: Our free-range pasture raised eggs have deep orange yolks only found in birds that freely forage a mixture of insects, seeds, and grasses.
