We, Jeff and Kim Greissman, decided to migrate west of DC in 2017 for the slower pace and gorgeous topography Western Loudoun had to offer. Both of us had a passion for the land and fertile soil of northern Virginia, as well as a dream for a sustainable farm to nourish our family's bellies and spirit. As a result, Jake Farm was born. Soon after, neighbors, friends and family began requesting more of our farm-raised and harvested meats for their families. As a result, we decide to open up our farm to the local community and share our bounty with all who may desire the farm-to-table lifestyle. Sells by appointment; delivery available. Limited Availability; Pastured raised pork by the whole, half, or quarter. Poultry eggs and meat available March - November. Our growing farm is nestled on the ridge of the Appalachian Mountains and focuses on sustainably raised Berkshire pork, beef, chicken and eggs. Our family-run farm is shared with daughters Ellie and Ashley Griessman, hence the name:
