About Hidden Creek Farm LLC
Hidden Creek Farm LLC is an Organic and Humane Certified regenerative farm located in Delaplane, VA. Hidden Creek Farm grows Organic Certfied produce and Humane Certified beef, lamb, pork, and eggs grazed on Organic Certfied diversified pastures. Hidden Creek Farm focuses on Soil Health, which translates into product health, livestock health, pet health, and human health. How are we different? We NEVER feed soy products (estrogenics) to our livestock. We NEVER grain our beef or lamb. Our proteins are allowed to mature slowly on diversified pasture-only, including native forbes and legumes, so they develop nutrient-dense, Soil connected, deep red meat and golden marbling high in natural beta-carotene. Hidden Creeek Farm is data and science-driven, and keenly focused on supporting our customer's health needs. We support the philosophy of buying local, seasonal foods tied to deep roots in Soil, and preserving traditional ‘nose to tail’ cuisine and product biodiversity. We are regenerative Soil farmers, and believe that ecosystem and organism health is highly dependent on Soil health. Our produce is harvested at peak ripeness and sold to customers within days of harvest. Our value-add products (jams, dried herbs, pickles) are made with Organic Certified products grown on-farm. We NEVER purchase products from wholesale auctions - we pride ourselves on knowing where every bite you put in your, or your pets, mouth comes from. Quality, Excellence, and Soil Health translate into our tagline, Local ~ Wholesome ~ Good. Hidden Creek Farm products can be ordered for pickup on-farm (540-690-3610, or customercare@hiddencreekfarmllc.com), or found in our CSAs, Warrenton Farmer's Market, Middleburg Farmer's Market, The Whole Ox, Evergro in Upperville, Field & Main Restaurant, and Kinloch Farm Store. Whole and Half beef, lamb, and pork is also available for sale, as are Red Poll cattle and Katahdin sheep breeding stock.
