About Scrappy Greens LLC
1Scrappy Greens LLC is a small-scale, family-run microgreens farm located on our 4-acre property in Fairfax Station, Virginia. We grow premium microgreens in a controlled, greenhouse environment designed to protect the crops from outdoor contaminants, pests, and weather variability. Our operation is fully separated from our home and follows strict sanitation and handling procedures that meet VDACS standards for safe food production. We specialize in producing fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens for local chefs, restaurants, country clubs, small grocers, and individual buyers. Every batch is grown in small controlled trays, harvested at peak flavor, and delivered directly by us to ensure maximum freshness and quality. No customers visit our property, everything is packaged and transported by the farm to maintain product integrity and food safety. Our mission is to provide consistent, high-quality, sustainably grown microgreens that elevate dishes and support local food systems. By combining responsible growing practices, hands-on care, and a passion for farm-to-table excellence, we aim to become a trusted local supplier for culinary professionals and health-conscious consumers.
