About West Farm (The Farm Between)
West Farm is a family farm owned and operated by Angus and Holly Baldwin on leased land from the Vermont Land Trust/Brewster Uplands Conservation Trust with 14 acres in cultivation of vegetables and herbs. We also lease The Farm Between in Jeffersonville, a fruit farm and will take over ownership in 2025! The Farm Between also hosts our growing farm stand/market, a commercial kitchen and our nursery (fruit trees/bushes, native & pollinator plants). Our LLC that encompasses both businesses is called Agrigorial, which means "belonging to or connected to the land.” West Farm is not only committed to growing food for our local region via wholesale, CSA and several retail outlets but also is focused on food access. We work with multiple non-profit organizations (i.e. Healthy Roots, Feeding Chittenden, NOFA-VT, The Vermont Foodbank and CAE's Produce for Pantries program) to ensure that nourishing food is available for all in our community.
