About Whey Cool Ranch
Herdshare with raw gaot milk from Nubian goats. Farmer statement: “At Whey Cool Ranch, we specialize in raw, pasture-fed dairy. Our herdshare program provides members with legal access to fresh, raw goat milk. Our goats are carefully selected for genetics that produce rich, creamy milk with Alpha S1 Casein (A/B) qualities that are highly sought after for cheesemaking. “We practice regenerative agriculture, feeding our goats primarily pasture supplemented with non-GMO alfalfa and locally sourced feeds. We participate in the National Dairy Herd program, regularly testing each doe’s milk production, butterfat, and protein content to ensure quality. We also follow rigorous sanitation and testing procedures to ensure that our families have access to the safest, ethical, fresh raw milk possible. Visit www.wheycoolranch.com/herdshare to learn more or join our herdshare community. Spots are limited—contact us today!” Location: Celeste, TX and surrounding areas
