About Bluff City CSA
Bluff City CSA Many CSA programs require members to pay for the entire year or harvest season upfront. Most people don't have the ability to pay in full upfront. We also offer monthly and quarterly payments making it much easier to afford. After setting up your membership, you will begin receiving weekly shares every Saturday, starting the 1st Saturday following the day you started your membership. Expect a good variety of produce year-around, including tomatoes, lettuces, root vegetables, celery, beans, peas, cucumbers, greens, corn, peppers, onions, squash, eggplants, and more. You will never receive a share without at least 8-12 different items depending on the size of your share. We also include extras like herbs, cage-free eggs, honey, fresh-picked berries, fruit, and baked snacks. Extras are based on availability. We also allow you to put a packing note in your account to let us know what vegetables or items to avoid, such as Vegan Only (yes, we have Vegan snacks, too), or in case you have allergies.
