At Heartworks Farm, we grow with heart! Our woman-owned farm in Gilbert, South Carolina is committed to healthy food and a healthy planet. We use all-natural, regenerative methods to raise a wide variety of nutrient-rich produce that’s bursting with freshness. That means no synthetic fertilizers, and a focus on soil health, biodiversity, and a carbon sequestration. In addition to our delicious fruits and vegetables, we also offer honey, goat milk soap made from our goats and with our farm-fresh herbs and flowers, and other value-added products like Sweet Heat Jalapenos. We’re especially proud of our fresh herbs including saffron, basil and ginger, grown using sustainable methods. Come visit our farm stand or learn more about our CSA online!
