Our Scottish Highland Cattle never receive any antibiotics or hormones and our lush pastures are never sprayed with herbicides or pesticides. Our goal is to produce exceptionally delicious beef that is raised in the healthiest way possible for you, for the cattle, and for the land. Highland Cattle are a hardy and efficient heritage breed of cattle originating, as the name suggests, from the wet, cold climate and rugged landscapes of the Scottish Highlands. They have a thick double coat, which allows them to have less insulating fat around their bodies. Instead, their meat is well-marbled, even on grass. Even so, their meat has tested lower in cholesterol and fat than other beef.
