Founder and Co-Owner: Keystone Cattle Company/Founder and Co-Owner: Mountain Man Meats (Formerly Mountain Man Mobile Processing) Derek Eberly Family : Starting as Homesteaders processing their own Beef and Pork, They launched Mountain Man Mobile Processing in Jan of 2019, and formed Keystone Cattle Company after Eric joined the team. The name changed to "Mountain Man Meats" occurred in Oct 2024 with the sale of the mobile harvest truck. Founder and Co-Owner: Keystone Cattle Company/Co-Owner: Mountain Man Meats (Formerly Mountain Man Mobile Processing) Eric Eberly Family: After Eric joined Mountain Man Meats in 2021, Keystone Cattle Company was created to better market the Antibiotic and Hormone Free cattle he continues to raise on his Berks County, PA farm. It has been owned by his family since the 1960's.
