Samuel shares, “I grew up on a farm and was taught to use only the highest standards of excellence in a grass-based food farming operation. As the years passed, we found ourselves inspired to start our own business serving truly farm-to-table items to the community. “All of the animals are raised humanely and are truly part of the Esh family. They enjoy their lives, exploring every corner of the vast, luscious meadows with their friends, and playing their ‘tag’ games. This is all part of their daily routine. They truly are a happy family. “The Smiling Cow Farm Market’s mission is to rebuild farm communities with regenerative farming — leading to the restoration of a vibrant food system one bite at a time. At Smiling Cow what matters is trust, quality food, and smiles. For private patrons only – from our farm to your table.”
