About Birkeland Farm
Birkeland Farm is the result of the collaboration of sisters Lisa and Lynne to create a farm/ranch close to the metro Portland area in Oregon. On 70 acres in Beavercreek we produce pasture raised chicken on a no corn, no soy diet. We also produce grass fed/finished Beef with no hormones or antibiotics. We cultivate about 500 lbs of hardneck red garlic. In our certified farm kitchen we produce beef and chicken bone broth from our own pasture raised animals using Weston Price Foundation guidelines.
