I raise, buy, and sell locally grown grain fed steers averaging no less than 1200 pounds. I have them USDA processed and retail them frozen by cuts from my store. I opened in December 17, 2021 with 2 steers a month, now in April of 2022 I have increased to 4 beef a month. I also carry farm fresh eggs, Watonga cheese, and Southside Market sausages and in the process of offering farm raised quail.
