About Pleasant Springs Farm
Years ago when I was just out of college I Read Louis Bromfield's book Pleasant Valley. That book change my vision from lining in the country on 5-10 acres to wanting a full size farm (at least by 1860 family farm standards) By raising our beef locally and cutting out the middle man we are able to pass that savings and quality along to you, the consumer. We take great pride in how we operate our farm and promoting the principles of holistc living.
