About Stelz/White
We are putting together an Organic gardening business to begin in 2009. We currently have 42 raised gardens and we've planted Buckwheat on each one to begin building soil nutrients. Each bed measures 3 ft. wide by 15 ft. long with 2 foot rows between each one. Over the winter, we'll decide what to actually plant in each garden bed. If successful, we'll begin expanding our operation over 5 more acres.
