About Mounts Creek Farm
We are small diversified farm located just inside the Adirondack Park in upstate New York. We are pleased to offer the very best in pastured chicken, goat and pork. Our name comes from Mounts Creek which forms one of the boundaries of our property. We have been busy since 2007, bringing the old farm land back into production. We wanted to farm as sustainably as possible and found that goats are a good fit for our marginal land. We are proud to be among the many small farms operating in Upstate New York. While we mainly raise South African Boer meat goats, we also have a few Angora goats for fiber production. Our chickens are raised in chicken tractors on pasture. The few Berkshire pigs we raise enjoy their own pasture. Our goal is to raise healthy food and have our neighbors and friends enjoy great local meat. As farmers, we strive to be responsible stewards of this land so that the next generation can enjoy this piece of the Adirondack Park.
