About Shepherd's Hill Farm
We are a small family farm located ten minutes south of Syracuse, in LaFayette. This will be our first year selling to the public. We have raised pork and garden vegetables and berries for our family's consumption for many years now and our family has a long history of farming in La Fayette. We are offering pasture-raised pork by the half and the whole. We can assure you, from experience, that farm-fresh pork is far and away better in flavor and texture than pork bought from the supermarket. New to us and to you this year will be breeding sheep and raising lambs. We are offering grass-fed lamb by the half and whole as well as sheepskins and wool for the home spinner. In addition, I am offering limited quantities of home-grown vegetables from my garden as they are available.
