Birdsall Beef - Local Great Tasting Beef from the Southern End of Skaneateles Lake! Birdsall Beef Farm is nestled in the rolling scenic hills and valleys of the Southern End of Skaneateles Lake. Our beef farm is family owned and operated. The Hereford X Angus cattle herd graze the lush Central NY pastures during grazing season and then enjoy the fruits of the hay and corn harvest though the winter. Our mission at Birdsall Beef is to raise premium quality, natural, great tasting beef for our family and yours. Our Hereford-Angus Cross Cattle are born on the farm, then raised here on pasture and finished with our own farm-grown corn silage. Our beef is all natural, with no antibiotics, implants or growth hormones. The beef is processed, vacuum sealed, and frozen at a local USDA inspected facility.
