About McCracken Farms

McCracken Farms is a multi-generational family farm located in the town of Sweden, New York. We are dedicated to providing locally-grown, high quality produce to our patrons. We offer our produce through a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, modeled after successful CSAs throughout the Northeastern United States. This model allows for our members to maintain a relationship with the farmer, the members to recieve farm-fresh produce, and supports a local family owned business. If you are interested in this program, please visit the C.S.A tab on this site or email us for more information. We also offer tours of the farm for you to see exactly where your produce would come from.
