About Trzcinski Farms
We are a 4th generation, family-owned and operated farm in beautiful Brunswick, NY. The farm consists of diverse crops from corn to hay to garlic. We also raise high quality beef cattle that includes Angus, Simmental, and Hereford. In 2015, Trzcinski Farms began growing garlic as a way to diversify the farm and continue the legacy of growing garlic on Carrolls Grove Road. Garlic is planted in the fall, scapes are cut in June, and the garlic is harvested in July. We typically open the garlic shed, located on the farm, in early August with sales going through October. We do have quarter, half, and whole beef available upon request.
