About Fox Creek Farm
Ox Creek Farm Is Owned And Operated By Sara And Raymond Luhrman. The Farm, Established In 2001, Is Located In Gallupville, Which Is In The Most Eastern Part Of Schoharie County. In 2007, We Moved Our Farm From The Land We Had Been Renting To Owned And Leased Land ? 67 Acres Of Lansing Soils, That Are Part Of A Larger Historic 100 Acre Deed. Last Year, We Celebrated Our 5th Csa Season On This Scenic Property. It's Our Goal To Operate An Environmentally And Economically Sustainable Farm, Which Provides The Farmers And Farm Workers With A Reasonable Compensation For Their Work, And Adopts Farming Practices That Maintain Or Increase Soil Health And Productivity. We Use Organic Farming Practices And Grow Most Crops For Our Community Supported Agriculture (csa) Program, Providing Locally Grown, Fresh And Wholesome Vegetables Directly To Consumers
