Eagle Mills Cider Mill and Family Fun Park
About Eagle Mills Cider Mill and Family Fun Park
Our property includes a working, waterwheel powered cider mill, powered by an overshot waterwheel. The Cider Mill sits alongside a 3 acre millpond, with a 20 ft. wide, x 7 ft. high waterfall next to it, that feeds into a crystal clear mountain stream. Nearby a 40 ft. Covered Bridge spans the stream. Within 100 ft. is our country bakery, where we make cider donuts, pies, turnovers and other goodies. Across the covered bridge is our Ice Creamery, where we make a rich, ultra-premium ice cream, one batch at a time, as well as homemade fudge. Attached to the creamery is a beautiful pavilion with a large deck that cantilevers out over the stream. Our children's activities on premises inlcude educational tours of our cider mill and ice cream making, a gemstone mining operation, a nature discovery train ride through the woods and along the stream, and a kidsville interactive play area for children. Special Events include a handcraft show the last two weekends of September, and a Corvette Cruise In on the Sunday prior to Columbus Day. Our orchard is small, and we purchase most of our apples for processing into our sweet apple cider.
