The largest hop farm in New Jersey is located in Colts Neck. The Fir Farm has also been a Christmas Tree Farm for over 40 years. They don't use any pesticides and are dedicated to growing their crops organically using sustainable farming practices. They began growing Jersey Fresh Hops in early 2015, and started Beekeeping in 2016. Their Award Winning Raw Fir Farm Honey is absolutely delicious! The Fir Farm also planted Grape vines and Elderberries in 2020.
