About Nash Farms
Nash Farms is a small, diversified, family farm and ranch operation dedicated to animal welfare and healthy soil that produces high quality, unique products. We take pride in working 'outside the system'. Our livestock never gets transported long distances, they never go through the auction barns, or go to feed lots. Our animals are born on our farm and spend their entire lives with us; from "birth to butcher"! We also firmly believe in the 'nose to tail' philosophy of using the entire animal. We don't brand, or dehorn, or use cattle prods – we use NO antibiotics, NO hormones, NO herbicides, NO pesticides, NO GMO, and NO growth-promoters, ever. We specialize in 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, heritage breed livestock. Our cattle are generally at least 3 years old when butchered. Our beef is processed locally at one of two USDA inspected facilities, and is dry-aged for 2 to 3 weeks. Compare us to how the regular cattle industry does business! Besides beef, we also have Muscovy ducks, peacocks, Navajo-Churro sheep, and a fruit orchard!
