About Giofre Apiaries
We started beekeeping in 2009, as a hobby. We enjoyed the art of it so much, we decided to take over ice cream production for the State Fair, which is sold by the Missouri State Beekeepers Association as a fundraiser.
We produce honey, 26 flavors of honey ice cream, lotion and lip balm.
