In addition to producing seedstock, we are currently in the process of adding value to our farm by providing quality, MS-grown lamb meat to your dinner table. We raise parasite-resistant animals with strong genetics. Our sheep graze on healthy pastures and are offered alfalfa hay and a custom grain finish. Our commitment to quality and care is what keeps our pastures vibrant and our lambs thriving. Both breeds of our sheep are renowned for producing high-quality lambs with excellent growth rates and health. Together, they enhance our farm's lamb production, ensuring the best for our customers. The Australian White sheep breed is new to the United States. The meat of the Australian White sheep is considered to be the "Wagyu" of lamb meat. The quality of this meat ranks very high amongst chefs worldwide. It has a favorable lean-to-fat ratio, resulting in exceptionally marbled meat. Their meat is distinguished by the quality of the fat, known to have a lower melting point. The combination of Australian White and Katahdin Sheep supports our mission to provide high-quality, responsibly raised lamb while maintaining a healthy farm ecosystem. What makes us most proud of producing Genuine MS products? Our family is deep-rooted in Mississippi and has been for many generations. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to farm and produce quality seed-stock for other sheep breeders in Mississippi and across the United States.
