We supply grocery stores and numerous restaurants in the Jackson metro area, New Orleans and beyond. What Makes Our Products Great? Salad Days is proud to consistently produce healthy, safe lettuce for consumers in our area. We do not use any harmful chemicals or pesticides and adhere to a rigorous food safety plan so our customers can safely enjoy fresh salads all year long. We are an environmentally friendly, low-impact farm that uses hydroponic growing systems to minimize the use of water and land. What makes us most proud of producing Genuine MS products? We believe that consumers choose locally grown for many reasons. Freshness & flavor are obvious, but also knowing where your food comes from has become a priority for many. Growing and selling our produce in MS means our vegetables aren't shipped thousands of miles but instead are harvested and consumed at the peak of ripeness & quality.
