Honey is a unique food in that its color and flavor varies by region. Our rich amber-color non-filtered honey is the result of the distinct combination of gathered nectar from the various native flowering plants that thrive in central Mississippi where our hives reside and our bees forage. Raw honey is a delicious and healthy sweetener, great in recipes, and highly sought by health conscious consumers. Incredibly, it is estimated that bees must collectively tap around two million flowers and fly 55,000 miles to produce just one pound of honey.
