Lee is a railroad engineer by trade. He started out raising feeder cows but started educating himself about the genetics of the calf. He and his wife, Amy, are the perfect storm. Amy has been in the retail business for years. They have a business in Morton, LPF Market, that serves their processed beef in the restaurant, to the locals in the community. Their beef is a conception to consumption concept. What Makes Our Products Great? Because Line Prairie Farms is a conception to consumption concept, our cows are healthy, free range animals that never go to the feed lot.
