Fruitful Seasons Dairy is a small family-run dairy located near Alexandria, MN. They focus on 100% grass-fed Jersey cows and have been selling their raw milk and truly raw aged cheeses for almost two decades. Their 100% A2/A2 cows are milked once a day and every one of them has a name, not a number. The cheeses are made spring through fall in a small state-inspected and licensed facility. They only use organic animal rennet and all of the cheeses are aged for at least 60 days before they sell them. Milk can only be purchased at the farm by appointment or as a regular scheduled customer. The cheese is available at the farm but can also be shipped and is in several stores in MN. Other products you can find in their small “store” at the farm, sourced from other family members or friends include meats, eggs, pure maple syrup, and honey. They do not have specific store hours but you can email or text them to make an appointment or ask questions. They also have a simple website with additional information and pictures.
