Farm Club is a farm, restaurant, bakery, market, CSA and brewery in Leelanau County. We have a small stone mill and we mill all our our whole grains for our bakery, kitchen and market from Organic Michigan grown grains. We also make pasta from freshly milled grain for the restaurant and our market. We have a 10 barrel brewery and for some of our beers we use michigan grown and locally malted grain. We even malt some of our own corn in house for a seasonal beer. We make nixtamal for tortillas, pozole, masa bread, and sopes from heirloom corn grown on our farm. We also sell freshly milled grains to restaurants in our region. We are strong advocates for staple crop production, processing and consumption in the upper midwest and would love to be a part of the Artisan Grain Collaborative.
