I dedicate approximately 1 acre to grow organic Music variety hard-neck garlic. I harvest scapes, and garlic bulbs for both table garlic and seed garlic. I am certified organic through the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). My product labels include the USDA Organic logo. My farm operation is on land that has been in my family since 1857. It is called Lucky Six because I am the sixth generation in my family to farm this land.
