About Moo-nique Dairy
Small family farm milking 35 primarily Jersey cows, with herd leases available. They are grass-based, with their cows on pasture from spring until late fall. They are not USDA Certified Organic but use organic farming practices. They machine milk into a closed system. Milk is immediately strained, chilled, and stored in a closed bulk tank. Scheduled farm visits are welcomed. They also offer raw milk cheese (aged 60 days) and Greek yogurt made from their milk. Also available at the farm or on deliveries are pastured chicken and duck eggs, pastured no-nitrate pork, pastured beef, pastured chicken, raw unfiltered honey, local maple syrup, and as-close-to-local extra virgin olive oil as you can get in Michigan. Everything produced or sold on their farm is pastured, hormone-free, steroid-free, antibiotic-free, and GMO-free. They deliver weekly to five locations throughout Kalamazoo, Portage, and Paw Paw.
