About Kodi Bates
We are the Bates Family Homestead! We are a small regenerative family farm in the Kalamazoo area focusing on pasture-raised poultry. Our family is committed to raising our flocks humanely and to delivering healthy food to our local community. Our food system is broken here in the US. Most food in the grocery store comes from 1500+ miles away. We believe in keeping food local so we source everything we can from within 50 miles of the farm including our baby chicks and our non-GMO grain. Our family is committed to raising our flocks humanely and to deliver healthy food to our local community.
