All meat animals have access to pasture with grazing and are fed a corn/oats based protein ration as well. No antibiotics or hormones added; chickens are from a State-inspected processor and are distributed fresh - vacuum-packed, pick-up on farm. Beef and pork are wrapped or vacuum-packed and are processed at USDA-inspected facilities, and we deliver free within a 50-mile radius of our farm. Turkeys are pasture-raised just in time for Thanksgiving and are distributed vac-packed, fresh, early the week of Thanksgiving each year.
