About B & D Farms LLC
B&D Farms LLC is a veteran owned family farm. We are located in Riga Michigan. Our farms was conceived for the purpose of teaching our grandchildren where their food comes from and how hard it is to farm. We are first generation farmers and farm for the values it offers and teaches. Our country has forgotten about farming, we aim to change that on our little piece of heaven. We are currently testing the idea of a significant planting of Lavender; we have a test plot of 18 plants. We are up to three beehives and expect our honey production to increase significantly. We own and operate a farm stand on the property where we sell our honey, beeswax, lip balm and a wide range of vintage finds (Antiques).
