About Back 40 Farm
Our farm is located at 3782 Hardesty Road in Harwood in southern Anne Arundel County. We grow approximately 50 acres of produce each year. We pick our farm fresh produce daily and then wholesale or retail it at one of our two roadside stands that are located in southern Anne Arundel County. Our first stand is located approximately 2 miles south of Route 214 at 3800 Solomons Island Road in Birdsville (at the intersection of Route 2 and Old Birdsville Road). Our second stand is located just 4.5 miles south of Route 214 at 4475 Muddy Creek Road in Harwood (on the Zang Family farm). Our produce stand is open from July 1st through October 31st.
