About Beaver Hill Plantation
In 2019, we bought a new wood-fired evaporator that has allowed us to produce syrup at a very efficient rate. We recycle both slab wood from our sawmill and waste wood from our firewood processor to keep our syrup boiling. Recently, we decided to transition away from single-use plastic jugs to use glass jars that can be returned and reused! Our syrup can also be purchased online and can be shipped to your home or picked up at the farm. For directions and additional information, visit our website!
