About Moeder's Meats
Moeder's Meats is a full-time, Kansas state inspected facility offering slaughter, processing and fabrication services of beef, pork, goat, sheep, bison, elk and deer to producers and retail customers. Services in addition to inspected retail processing include cured and smoked meat products such as hams, bacon, sausage, summer sausage and meat snack sticks. Moeder's processing plant and retail store is located in Ness City with an additional retail location in Wakeeney. Our retail beef products are sourced from our exclusive producer, Yucca Flats Cattle Company, with all pork, bison and elk products being sourced from other local Kansas producers. We are committed to providing Kansas produced products in our retail locations, also carrying honey products from AJ Honey Farms as well as a rub and "everything" sauce from MKC Kitchen and are always looking to add new items to our stores! Moeder's also support local, underserved communities with meat and deli products using our Moeder's Meat Mobile, which can be found in various location in the Wakeeney/Hays/Ness City areas as well as local farmers' markets.
