Manhattan, Kansas based bakery food truck specializing in all things dough! Our most popular items are cinnamon rolls and bierocks, with biscuits and gravy and other sweets following close behind. All products are made from scratch using ONLY *Hudson Cream* flour from Stafford County Flour Mills. To our knowledge, we are the only food truck in Kansas that is licensed as both a food establishment and a food producer, which means we can wholesale our products state-wide!
