Fresh processed chicken from May-October. Fresh turkey in November. Grass-fed beef Frozen meat(beef, poultry, lamb) and fresh brown eggs anytime, based upon availability. Buying a cow/herd share will give you access to your own raw dairy products. Based out of the family housing complex and the University of Notre Dame, the Meadowblend Co-op purchases dairy, beef, and chicken products (and occasionally more) from a family farm near Granger, IN. The goods are of far better quality than what one could buy in a supermarket, but at comparable if not lower prices, and much less than what one would have to pay for similar products at specialty stores and even the farmer’s market (if one could even find such quality products at those places)
