The Van Meter family have been raising buffalo near the little town of Buffalo IN. since 1973. They take pride in selling their naturally raised meat products. No anti-biotics or hormones. Their herd of about 100 animals graze on 95 acres of pasture. They became involved in agritourism in 2004 by giving Ranch tours.Their proximity to Indiana Beach on Lake Shaffer gives them exposure to many vacationers.
