Wild Trillium Farm is a small acreage, certified naturally grown vegetable and flower farm, but our farm property has and continued to use small grains and other grain crops in rotation for soil health and weed management, and have cultivated and grown milling corn for 20 years (saved on farm). We hope to increase these practices by learning more deeply about food-grade crops and processing, and how they fit into small scale production as a value added product for on-farm sales, CSA model and wholesale (to chef and food bank).
