About Bauman Family Farms
Bauman Farms is a grass-fed cattle operation located just outside of Vienna, IL. It is operated by Grant and Casey Bauman, along with two daughters Hadley, Brett, and son Pryor. We run a South Poll/Red Angus cow-calf herd and also raise grass based breeding stock. Our grass-fed beef spends their entire life on the pasture and is hormone and antibiotic free. We strive to work with nature to improve our soils and grass, all while keeping inputs low with an optimal level of production. We utilize different levels of rotational grazing, by grazing cover crops, and with flex stocking to help reach our goals of maintaining healthy soils, healthy grass, and healthy cattle that lead to a healthy product for our family as well as yours.
