About Utopian Farms
We are a Northern Illinois Indoor Mushroom Farm, that is specializing in gourmet mushroom cultivation. All mushrooms are grown with 100 % natural and/or organic materials. We are planning on obtaining organic certification once GAP certification is complete. Some mushrooms we are growing are Shiitake, Oyster (different varieties), Lions Mane, Reishi, Button, Mini Bella, Portobella, Chestnut, and King Trumpet. We are targeting Summer 2025 to be fully operational with harvesting.
