About Sola Gratia Farm
Sola Gratia Farm is a non-profit urban farm dedicated to making healthy food accessible for all by nurturing productive land and cultivating diverse, inclusive communities. Our vision is for thriving communities to be growing and eating healthy food as part of a vibrant, robust and just food system, and the values we represent are integrity, belonging, learning, collaboration, justice, stewardship. Some of the ways we work toward our mission: Community Food Assistance: we share between 20-30% of our harvest with local foodbank, pantries, soup kitchens and free markets. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA): our CSA members share in our harvest and receive a box of fresh, seasonal vegetables from the farm weekly during the growing season. We offer both a Summer and a Fall CSA. Sustainable Farming Practices: we employ organic production methods that focus on growing nutritious, delicious fruits and vegetables, while enhancing soil structure and keeping our land healthy and productive. Community Building: We are growing a community that comes together over local food, volunteering, special events, educational programming, farm to school programs and feeding those that are in need in our community.
