About Mulberry Creek Meats
Our Story: Ashley and Kerry both have backgrounds deeply rooted in Agriculture. Each grew up helping around the family farm at a very young age. The couple met in 2018, with their first date being a tractor ride. Ashley stole Kerry's heart when she confessed she "wanted to be a farmer when she grew up". While continuing their childhood family farms was not an option, having that type of lifestyle was something that was deeply desired. In 2019, leaving chance to fate (or the persistent hand of a friend), they purchased their "home farm" on auction. It's been a labor of love, transforming the once-was dairy farm back into a functioning farmstead - and even a (temporary) wedding venue! They commited themselves to eachother and to the farm in 2022, saying their vows in the loft of the original milking barn and hosting the reception in a machine shed. Wanting to take the cattle production a step further and make quality beef more readily available to local communities, they established Mulberry Creek Meats, LLC in 2023. The name and logo being inspired by the picturesque farmplace and bordering tranquil creek lined with mulberry trees. We look forward to fulfilling our passion and serving you and your families with quality beef products like we were raised on.
