About Ten Blue Bird Acres
Microgreens are a superfood that was made popular in the 80s by chefs who garnished their dishes to add visual appeal. However, as time went on nutritionist have found that these tiny veggies offer a huge nutrient boost to foods compared to their mature counterpart. Try adding them to whatever recipe you choose to give it that extra kick of nutrients and flavor.
Choose from a wide variety of unique and more mainstream microgreens:
Ten Blue Bird Acres take pride in connecting directly with our community through our CSA program, a charming farmstand, seasonal you-pick events, farm-to-table dinners, and regular appearances at local farmers markets.
If you’d like to order microgreens directly, please note that they take 10-14 days from germination to harvest and last over a week in your fridge. If microgreens aren’t in stock when you place your order, Ten Blue Bird Acres will provide you with a date for availability. They serve restaurants and will grow especially for an operation. Something special? Just let them know.
